MHCC Hosted a Town Hall Meeting to update neighbors on recent local developments and progress, with a primary focus on describing the recent Planning Study for the Rezoning of Morningside Heights. Through presentations by local advocates and officials, a good level of understanding of the Rezoning process and the contents of this plan emerged.

The conversation afterward was also informative. A variety of views were expressed about the proposed Rezoning Plan, which was introduced at a recent meeting of Manhattan Community Board 9 and can now advance for further official discussion.
