Since being formally established in 2016 in response to an increase in local luxury residential development, MHCC has worked diligently to include diverse perspectives in refining our understanding of local issues and developing neighborhood-focused campaigns.

The vast majority of our work is carried out by volunteers and we are grateful for their engagement and commitment. Our organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and has ongoing operational expenses related to communications, web hosting, and administrative and other requirements.
