MHCC is horrified by the murder of George Floyd and the repeated instances of violence against Black people. We stand in solidarity with protest movements in our city and throughout the world.

We condemn the systemic racism that pervades our community and our country, as reflected in our schools, housing, health care and criminal justice system.

While our work seeks to protect the vanishing diversity that has enriched our neighborhood, we all must do more to address the underlying issues in our community and beyond.
